2. What makes your crochet faux locs different from the other ones on the market?
Nubia's Crown was initially created because of how hard it was to find crochet faux locs that were long-lasting, natural-looking, lightweight and also affordable. Our locs collection are curated using the most lightweight and premium synthetic fibers, allowing the extensions to be completely tension-free, reusable and extremely easy to install. One of our core brand values is convenience - getting your hair done shouldn't be painful, timely or unpleasant and we are here to put a stop to that! Not only this, but we recognised that there was a void in the hair industry for personable customer service - which is why we are ALWAYS available for a chat if you need any product advice or have any questions! 3. I love the hair, and want it to last as long as possible! How do I maintain it?
One of the main benefits of our crochet extensions are how low maintenance they are. A satin scarf, bonnet or pillowcase can help the longevity of it and also it is important to oil your scalp to make sure your natural hair is thriving too!

1. Where are you located?
We are based in the UK, however we ship worldwide and love having a global customer base. We partner with some of the best couriers to ensure you receive your order intact and on time, no matter where you're located.
2. How do I amend an order that I've already placed?
We aim to process orders as soon as possible after they are placed, which means we are unable to make amendments to orders that are already placed. Please make sure you have double checked that you have selected the correct items, and that you have entered the correct shipping address.
3. What is the return policy?
